The Idea

I use Grok every day. Every time I wanted to ask a quick question, I had to open a browser, go to x.com, copy text, paste it... Too much friction. Lens is simple: a keyboard shortcut that opens Grok anywhere on your Mac. Select text, hit Ctrl+G, ask your question, insert the result. That's it.

How it Works

Tech Stack

  • Tauri — native macOS, not Electron
  • xAI OAuth — your own account, your own tokens
  • macOS Keychain — tokens stored securely
  • macOS Speech Recognition — local voice input, no third-party services
