Privacy Policy

1. Data Collected

When purchasing Qintaris Lens, we only collect:

• Email address (for sending the license key)
• IP address (in server logs, automatically deleted after 30 days)

2. Data NOT Collected

Qintaris Lens NEVER collects:

• Grok conversation history
• User-selected text
• xAI OAuth tokens
• Browsing or usage data
• Cookies
• Geolocation data

3. Local Storage

Conversation history is stored exclusively on the user's Mac, in an encrypted local file. This data never leaves the device. The user can delete it at any time from the application settings.

4. Third-Party Services

Qintaris Lens uses the following services:

• xAI/Grok API — for processing requests. Data sent depends on xAI API usage. See xAI's policy: https://x.ai/policies
• PayPal — for payment processing. We store no payment data.
• Brevo — for sending the license key by email.

5. Security

xAI OAuth tokens are stored in the user's macOS Keychain, not on our servers. No sensitive data is transmitted to Qintaris.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR, you can request deletion of your data (email address) by contacting support@qintaris.app.
